Who is Bob Andersen,
Bob Andersen (known in the property industry as “The Deal Maker”) is a Property enigma. When it comes to creating financial freedom for his followers, his “thinking” is refreshingly simple. He has the ability to make the seemingly complicated, uncomplicated.
Bob has changed the lives of so many people by training them to use property development as a vehicle to build substantial cashflow and long term wealth. This in turn, has given them control over their lives and a lifestyle they could previously only dream about.
It has been said that Bob has created more property millionaires in Australia than any other educator / mentee out there through his highly acclaimed property development courses.
After almost 40 years as a successful operator in Australia’s property industry, you could say Bob has seen it all. And not just seen it, he has survived and thrived. You name it – two recessions, the 1987 Black Monday Crash, inflation ranging from 0% to 12.5%, interest rates from 2% to 23%, unemployment rates from 4.3% to 11.4%. Throw into that an Asian Financial Crisis, Dot.com crash, the GFC and a few pandemics including Covid 19 and you have a very interesting life in the property market.
Dealing with these issues has given Bob a great insight into the inner workings of the property market under all conditions in all states and needless to say he has many stories to share about himself and the many characters he has met along the way. Bob is an investor but primarily a property developer. He see’s property development as a vehicle to create investments way below market value.
Creating investments 20% below market value and using the profit to cover the deposit is a great way to build a portfolio fast. As well as being a full-on property developer for almost four decades, Bob has devoted the last sixteen years to educating and inspiring others to do what he does.
When it comes to business, Bob gets it. As well as running a property development company developing anything from a two lot subdivision to a retirement village he and his partner Hilary Saxton run their property development education business Property Mastermind like a well oiled machine. Their marketing involves a presence on all relevant social media platforms, advertising through various media, live presentations on stage and education delivery via video conferencing and live in-person events. Not bad for a ‘property dinosaur’ as Bob jokingly calls himself. Those in the know however refer to him as the Mr. Google of property because of his amazing knowledge on the subject.
